October 28, 2016 - Rep. Jeff Denham (R-CA), center, visited Macerich's (NYSE: MAC) Vintage Faire Mall in Modesto, CA, and toured the property with Todd Falduti, senior manager, property management, left, and Michael E. Johnson, vice president, property management, Northwest Property Group, right. Rep. Denham, a member of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, was briefed on the mall's recent activities and the economic impact it has on California's Central Valley. During the Congressman's visit, several legislative issues important to the REIT industry, including the Marketplace Fairness Act, were discussed.
