Camden Property Trust (NYSE: CPT) has been ranked number 18 on Fortune’s 23rd annual 100 Best Companies to Work For list. This marks the 13th consecutive year that Camden has been included on Fortune’s list.
“Our inclusion on this list is a tribute to the hard work and dedication of our 1,650 Camden associates,” said Keith Oden, Camden executive vice chairman.
To determine the list, analytics and consulting firm Great Place to Work analyzed responses from more than 650,000 employees at Great Place to Work-Certified organizations across the country. Great Place to Work evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included trust in managers, compensation, fairness, camaraderie, and workplace traits linked to innovation.
