Nareit’s DEI Working Group Holds Inaugural Meeting

At the inaugural DEI Working Group meeting last week, participants discussed how to create and implement a DEI strategic plan. DEI Working Group Chair Tanya Foster, AVP, Diversity & Inclusion, Equity Residential, lead the group discussion, while Nathaalie Carey, SVP, Industry Affairs, Nareit, presented Nareit’s DEI strategic plan. The group discussion was fruitful and robust, with 42 individuals in attendance.
