This invitation-only event is open to IR professionals, and the program is designed to address the unique challenges REIT IR professionals experience in their roles. The first session, The Grand Re-Opening: What Will Work Look Like Post-COVID?, will be moderated by Greer Aviv, SVP, investor relations at Iron Mountain (NYSE: IRM). Panelists will discuss the future of business travel and review the metrics and milestones the investment community is prioritizing as it looks ahead. This session will also examine key steps REITs have taken to improve transparency with the Street over the past 18 months.
During the second session, Moving Up the Corporate Ladder: The Transition from IRO to the C-Suite, panelists will discuss what the C-suite looks for in a successful investor relations program and provide advice for finance professional aspiring to become CFO. This session, moderated by Mark Langer, EVP and CFO at Urban Edge Properties, will provide an outline of the different paths taken to earn the CFO role and also look at how the job has changed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
