CBL Properties (NYSE:CBL) said Derek Young has joined the company as its initial vice president – ESG. Prior to joining CBL, Young spent more than six years at Summit Strategy Group, a California-based corporate consultancy specializing in public affairs, ESG, and healthcare.
Centerspace, Inc. (NYSE:CSR) appointed Anne Olson, the company's EVP, COO, and general counsel, to succeed Mark Decker, Jr. as president and CEO. Decker had been in that role since 2017.He will continue to serve on the board through the end of his current term in May. Olson joined Centerspace in April 2017 and has served in her current role since June 2018. Prior to joining Centerspace, Olson was most recently a partner in Dorsey & Whitney's Real Estate Practice Group.
The Community Development Trust has promoted Grace Cheng to COO, Chief Financial CFO, and corporate secretary. In her expanded role as COO and CFO, she will now oversee capital expansion efforts, strategic initiatives, and overall risk and portfolio management. Since joining CDT five years ago, Cheng has been an integral member of the company’s executive management team, the company said.
Digital Realty (NYSE: DLR) announced the appointment of Steve Smith as managing director, head of Americas.Smith is joining Digital Realty following eight years at CoreSite, most recently in the role of chief revenue officer.
Healthpeak Properties, Inc. (NYSE: PEAK) announced that Kathy Sandstrom was appointed as independent chair of the board. Sandstrom succeeds Brian Cartwright, who will continue to serve on the board as an independent director. Sandstrom has served on Healthpeak's board since 2018 and as vice chair since 2022.
NETSTREIT Corp . (NYSE: NTST) announced the appointment of Daniel Donlan as its CFO and treasurer. Donlan joins NETSTREIT from his previous role as SVP, head of capital markets at Essential Properties Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: EPRT).
