Digital Realty (NYSE: DLR) announced the appointment of Jules Johnston as senior vice president of global channels. Johnston joins Digital Realty from Equinix, Inc. (Nasdaq: EQIX). At Digital Realty, her focus will be on establishing a durable and scalable channel model that further integrates Digital Realty’s offerings into the core of its partners’ business models across the world, delivering a fully comprehensive digital transformation capability for enterprise customers, the REIT said.

EPR Properties (NYSE: EPR) said its board of trustees has elected William (Liam) Brown, group president U.S. & Canada at Marriott International, to serve as an independent trustee on its board.

Melinda Davenport has joined Equinix, Inc. (Nasdaq: EQIX) as vice president of messaging and talent marketing. She previously served as a communications executive at Meta as well as head of marketing and communications at Kairos Power.

Gaming and Leisure Properties, Inc. (Nasdaq: GLPI) announced the promotion of COO Brandon Moore to the additional role of president. Moore will continue to report to the company’s Chairman and CEO Peter Carlino. Moore joined GLPI near its inception in 2014 as senior vice president and general counsel.

Healthcare Realty Trust Inc. (NYSE:HR) reported that Rob Hull will become COO, Ryan Crowley will be promoted to executive vice president and chief investment officer, and Julie Wilson will become chief administrative officer. In addition, Austen Helfrich will become interim CFO, succeeding Kris Douglas, who will depart the company. Healthcare Realty’s board of directors has formed a search committee, led by Tom Bohjalian, to hire a permanent CFO and engaged executive search firm Ferguson Partners to assist with the process.

Independence Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: IRT) said Jim Sebra, the company’s CFO has been appointed to president and CFO. Sebra will retain his current responsibilities for overseeing the finance, accounting, tax, IT and investor relations functions, and will now also oversee the company’s operational functions.

MAA (NYSE: MAA) announced the appointment of Sheila McGrath to the board of directors. McGrath has been appointed to the Compensation Committee and Real Estate Investment Committee and will serve as an independent director until the 2025 annual meeting of shareholders.

OUTFRONT Media (NYSE:OUT) said Scott Felenstein has been appointed as the senior vice president of brand partnerships, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in advertising, digital media, and sales management. Felenstein joins OUTFRONT Media from National CineMedia, where he most recently held the role of president—sales, marketing & partnerships.

Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:PDM) said that Robert Bowers, who has served as the Company’s CFO since 2007, will transition to an administrative role effective Nov. 8th and Sherry Rexroad will succeed him. Rexroad brings approximately 30 years of experience in REITs and real estate, finance, and capital markets to the role, having most recently served as CFO of STORE Capital, a publicly traded net-lease REIT. Prior to that, she spent a decade at BlackRock Global Real Asset Securities as global head of business development as well as co-global chief investment officer and chair of the investment committee. She is currently a member of the board of directors of Aimco (NYSE: AIV).

SITE Centers Corp. (NYSE: SITC) said that in anticipation of the planned spin-off of Curbline Properties Corp., Gary Boston, John Cattonar, and Cynthia Foster Curry have been appointed to the SITE Centers board of directors.

Also, Gerald (Gerry) Morgan joined SITE Centers in September and will be appointed as CFO upon the closing of the spin-off transaction, replacing Conor Fennerty who will join Curbline as its CFO. Previously, Morgan served as the CFO of Four Corners Property Trust Inc. (NYSE: FCPT) from 2015 through April 2024. The SITE Centers leadership team is also expected to include General Counsel Aaron Kitlowski and Chief Accounting Officer Jeffrey Scott who joined the company in October 2017 and December 2007, respectively.

Tanger’s (NYSE: SKT) board of directors has elected Sonia Syngal as a director. Syngal is the former CEO of Gap Inc. and has nearly 30 years of industry experience and leadership, with a proven track record in global supply chain operations, brand management, and product-to-market innovation across the retail, technology, and automotive sectors, the REIT said.
