These annual awards honor Nareit corporate members that excel in communicating with investors by providing comprehensive, clear, and practical information. Both equity REITs and mortgage REITs (mREITs) are assessed based on their online presence, SEC filings, and investor relations practices by a panel of judges, including buy-side and sell-side analysts and portfolio managers.

- Gold: Starwood Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE: STWD)
