Citi Named Top REIT Analyst Team

Citi took home top honors in the REIT category of Institutional Investor's annual rankings of the top equity analysts on Wall Street.

The Citi team of REIT analysts, led by managing director Michael Bilerman, was named to the first team of Institutional Investor's 2017 All-America Research Team.

Evercore ISI's REIT analysts, a group overseen by Steve Sakwa, finished second. Jeff Spector and his team of REIT research analysts at Bank of America Merrill Lynch came in third.
