Citi Named Top REIT Analyst Team

For the fourth year in a row, Citi took home top honors in the REIT category of Institutional Investor’s annual rankings of the top equity analysts on Wall Street, on a commission weighted basis. Evercore ISI finished second, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch finished third.

This year’s annual rankings also introduced an analyst only vote. Michael Bilerman at Citi was ranked number one, followed by Steve Sakwa at Evercore ISI in second place, and Jeffrey Spector at BaML in third place.
