GRESB Assessment Portal Closes July 1

The deadline to complete the GRESB Assessment is rapidly approaching. The GRESB Assessment Portal closes at midnight (PST) on July 1, 2018.

The GRESB Assessment provides ESG data as well as analytical tools to benchmark ESG performance. This assessment can also provide insight on a company's ESG program strengths and weaknesses.

Nareit's Leader in the Light Awards, which honor Nareit member companies that have demonstrated superior and sustained sustainability practices, weigh GRESB scores along with the answers to additional ESG questions during the assessment when choosing award winners. Companies can apply for Leader in the Light Awards through the GRESB Assessment Portal.
