COP 26 commitments, net zero buildings, carbon neutral portfolios, and more are accelerating the GRESB Real Estate ESG Benchmark. On Tuesday, Oct. 18 at 10:00 a.m. ET, REITs and publicly traded real estate professionals are invited to join GRESB for its 2022 Global Results Event.
“GRESB posted record results in 2022 with a tremendous showing by U.S. REITs leading by example on energy reduction targets, advanced carbon commitments and advanced climate change analysis,” said GRESB Senior Director Dan Winters. “As institutional investors grapple with a multitude of forward macro-trends, ESG issues will remain an important investment consideration.”
The one-hour event, moderated by Winters, will look at aggregate performance across regions and sectors, including:

The 2022 Global Results Virtual Event also kicks off GRESB’s 2022 Results event series, which will focus on regions and their individual results later in the year.
