Nareit, EPRA, FTSE-Russell Visit Persian Gulf

Nareit, joined by the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) and FTSE-Russell LSEG, completed a successful visit to three Persian Gulf nations last week. Nareit was represented by John Worth, EVP, research & investor outreach; EPRA was represented by Dominique Moerenhout, CEO; and FTSE-Russell LSE was represented by Shobhit Thapar, head of index sales, MEA.

The team conducted meetings with the largest sovereign wealth funds in the region, along with local asset managers and REIT managers. The discussions focused on how global investors are successfully using REITs as part of their commercial real estate portfolio.
