Nareit Updates Tax Treaty Chart

Nareit has updated its tax treaty chart through Jan. 1, 2020, to accurately reflect U.S. withholding tax rates on ordinary REIT dividends to non-U.S. investors.

The chart includes withholding rates for individuals, non-individual entities, pension trusts, and tax-exempt charities.
