Nareit’s Case is Keynote Speaker at Real Estate Conference

Nareit Senior Vice President for Research & Industry Information Brad Case was the keynote speaker on Sept. 27 at a real estate conference hosted by the Paul J. Everson Real Estate Center at the Monte Ahuja College of Business at Cleveland State University.

Case’s presentation on real estate market conditions in the Midwest and across the United States drew on data from the FTSE Nareit PureProperty^® Index Series and his research indicating that listed equity REITs are currently undervalued relative to private equity real estate investments.
