Representatives of the Real Estate Equity Securitization Alliance (REESA) met in New York on June 10 and June 11 to discuss from of the latest developments in listed real estate around the world.
The agenda included analysis of REESA's financial standards initiatives, an update on the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) from GRESB CEO Nils Kok and discussion of the European Union's Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive.
Members of the REESA include the Asian Pacific Real Estate Association, (APREA); the Association for Real Estate Securitization (ARES); the British Property Federation (BPF); the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA); the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trust (NAREIT); the Property Council of Australia (PCA,) and the Real Property Association of Canada (Realpac).
