Registration is now open for Nareit’s Dividends Through Diversity & Inclusion Forum, to be held Sept. 16 at the Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston.
Nareit’s Dividends Through Diversity & Inclusion Forum brings together professionals in the REIT and publicly traded real estate industry to focus on increasing diversity and enhancing inclusion in the workplace. This event is open to all Nareit corporate and individual members.
Attendees will have the opportunity to:
- Attend a seminar that examines unconscious bias, led by acclaimed researcher, Harvard Professor and co-author of Blindspot: Hidden Biases of Good People, Mahzarin R. Banaji. Learn how our biases impact our decision making, leadership abilities, and ultimately our ability to successfully create a diverse and inclusive workspace.
