Nareit received two silver EXCEL Awards on June 24 from Association Media & Publishing, a member organization for association publishing professionals. The awards were for outstanding feature article design and outstanding membership video.
REIT magazine won one silver award in the 20,001 to 50,000 subscriber base category for the feature article “ Building the 5G Foundation,” published in the November/December 2018 issue of REIT magazine. Nareit’s ongoing Shaping Communities series won the second silver award for a video about the Southern Florida town of Dania Beach that has been redeveloped by Kimco Realty Corp. (NYSE: KIM), published in the spring of 2018.
The EXCEL Awards are presented annually to the best association publishing across the United States and include a variety of categories, including editorial, design, and digital publishing. REIT magazine also won EXCEL Awards in 2016 in 2018.
