REIT Sustainability Executives Honored by Environmental Leader

Two REIT executives have been recognized for their contribution to the advancement of the environmental management industry by Environmental Leader, a daily trade publication.

Jeannie Renne-Malone, vice president of sustainability at Prologis (NYSE: PLD) and Mona Benisi, senior director of sustainability at Simon Property Group (NYSE: SPG), have been named to the 2018 Environmental Leader 75 recognition program. Benisi was also chosen as Person of the Year.

The 75 honorees were nominated by industry leaders, then chosen by Environmental Leader, along with its advisers and other industry insiders, the publication said.
