REITPAC Exceeds 2019 Contributions Goal

REITPAC continued a stretch of successful contribution years in 2019, with executives from 75 Nareit members contributing more than $1.2 million. REITPAC, a political action committee established by Nareit to provide financial support to federal candidates supportive of the REIT and publicly traded real estate industry, currently disperses funds at a ratio of 53% to Democrats and 47% to Republicans.
