REITs in the Community: Foster visits Simon

April 7, 2016 - Rep. Bill Foster (D-IL), left, a member of the House Financial Services Committee, visited the Chicago Premium Outlets, a Simon Property Group (NYSE: SPG) property located in Aurora, IL. Phil Whitsel, Area Manager, Chicago Premium Outlets, led the Congressman on a tour of the recently expanded and renovated property. In addition, Rep. Foster was briefed on several industry issues currently pending before Congress, including the Remote Transactions Parity Act, which he supports.
