November 6, 2015 - Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney (D-NY) (center) visited Simon Property Group's (NYSE: SPG) Woodbury Common Premium Outlets in Woodbury, New York. The property, which is the largest outlet center in the world, is in the midst of a major redevelopment. The Congressman was briefed on the progress of the redevelopment while touring the property with Steve Fivel, Simon's assistant general counsel and assistant secretary (right), and David Mistretta (left), the mall's general manager. Among other things, the Congressman was briefed on the property's contribution to the local economy through employment, tourism, and sales tax revenue.
