Oct. 25, 2018 - Rep. Stephanie Murphy (D-FL) met with National Retail Properties (NYSE: NNN) CEO Jay Whitehurst at the company's headquarters in Orlando, FL. The Congresswoman, a freshman member of the House Armed Services Committee and House Small Business Committee, was briefed on the company's presence across the country and history as a REIT in Florida. Rep. Murphy also received a briefing on the current state of the REIT and publicly traded real estate industry.
