REITs in the Community: Peters Visits Realty Income

November 12, 2015 - Rep. Scott Peters (D-CA) (left) visited Realty Income Corporation’s (NYSE: O) headquarters in San Diego where he met with Chief Executive Officer and President John Case. Among other things, the two discussed Realty Income as an example of the way REITs enable all investors to access the benefits of owning diversified portfolios of real estate through publicly traded real estate companies.
