REITs in the Community: Poliquin visits Simon

April 8, 2016 - Rep. Bruce Poliquin (R-ME), center, visits the Simon Property Group's (NYSE: SPG) Bangor Mall located in Bangor, ME. Poliquin, a member of the House Financial Services Committee, was briefed by James Gerety, General Manager, and Kimberly Reid, Director of Marketing and Business Development, on the mall's latest activities and economic contributions to the local community. Gerety also discussed the need for Congress to consider the Remote Transaction Parity Act, now pending before the House Judiciary Committee, to achieve equity on all sales purchased in retail stores and online sellers.
