REITs in the Community: Rep. Diaz-Balart Visits PS Business Parks

Aug. 7, 2019 - Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart (R-FL) visited the Miami International Commerce Center (MICC), which is owned and managed by PS Business Parks (NYSE: PSB). The Congressman, a member of the House Appropriations Committee, was updated on PS Business Park's operations in Florida and across the country, specifically the opportunities the company provides to small businesses. Additionally, the Congressman learned about MICC's diverse tenant base and strong recent growth, and offered his thoughts on pending legislation in the 116th Congress.
