November 9, 2015 - Rep. Filemon Vela (D-TX) (center) visited CBL & Associates Properties, Inc.'s (NYSE: CBL) Sunrise Mall in Brownsville, Texas. While touring the property with General Manager, Cesar R. Briseño (right), and Assistant General Manager, Miguel Martinez (left), the Congressman was briefed on the recent redevelopment of the mall and the grand opening of a new major retail tenant as well as the center's economic impact on its region.
