REITs Named to Newsweek’s America’s Most Responsible Companies 2020 List

REITs across a number of different industries have been named to Newsweek’s first ranking of America's Most Responsible Companies list.

Newsweek partnered with global data research firm Statista Inc. to publish the ranking, using data from 2,000 public companies to narrow down the list to just 300 companies across 14 industry segments. The detailed analysis covered three areas of corporate social responsibility: environmental, social, and corporate governance.

The following REITs ranked within the real estate and housing segment of the Newsweek list:

· Healthpeak Properties, Inc. (NYSE: PEAK) ranked fifth

· Boston Properties, Inc. (NYSE: BXP) ranked sixth

· Regency Centers Corp. (Nasdaq: REG) ranked seventh

· Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: HST) ranked eighth

· Kilroy Realty Corp. (NYSE: KRC) ranked ninth

· AvalonBay Communities, Inc. (NYSE: AVB) ranked 10^th

· Prologis, Inc. (NYSE: PLD) ranked 11^th

· Site Centers Corp. (NYSE: SITC) ranked 12^th
