RESC Holds Final Meeting of 2019

Last week, the Real Estate Sustainability Council (RESC) held its final meeting of the year in Atlanta. Nearly 40 REITs were represented by their sustainability leaders. The meeting included an update by Nareit on its latest ESG initiatives and sharing of sustainability best practices among members.

RESC members also discussed current and future trends, opportunities, and challenges for the real estate industry. RESC continues to support the REIT industry’s consistent progress in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) implementation and reporting.
