John Worth and Savannah DeLullo Guest Lecture a Course

John Worth, EVP of research and investor outreach, and Savannah DeLullo, manager of research and industry information, gave a guest lecture to the George Washington University’s Real Estate Student Investment Fund class. Worth spoke about the growth of REITs and property diversification over time, the value of including REITs in a portfolio, and the impact of COVID-19 on the industry. DeLullo spoke to the importance of ESG and the increasing focus REITs are placing on adopting ESG goals.
