Law firm DLA Piper recently surveyed commercial real estate executives about the state of the market and found significant enthusiasm for the sector's prospects. Jay Epstien, chair of DLA Piper's US Real Estate Practice, joined NAREIT's Allen Kenney for a podcast to discuss the findings.
Epstein said the survey results indicate that commercial real estate industry executives are confident about the state of the market. Eighty-five percent of respondents said they're bullish on the market, he noted.
Low interest rates and an "abundant supply of capital" are behind the optimism, according to Epstein.
