REIT magazine editorial director Allen Kenney talks with Bloomberg View columnist Caroline Baum on the subject of uncertainty and its overuse in the business world.
Baum recently wrote a column decrying the reliance on "uncertainty" as a topic of discussion in business and economics.
"Just think about it," she said. "When times are good, does anybody talk about uncertainty? When we had the bubble in tech stocks in the late 1990s and soccer moms were buying shares of companies with no earnings and no profit? There's always uncertainty in this world."
