Altisource Residential Corp. (NYSE: RESI), named Rene Dittrich as chief accounting officer. Dittrich will also serve as the chief accounting officer of RESI’s asset manager, Altisource Asset Management Corp. Dittrich previously held several positions at Credit Suisse.
Brixmor Property Group Inc. (NYSE: BRX) appointed Vincent Corno as executive vice president and president of the Midwest region. Corno most recently served as executive vice president of leasing and development of DDR Corp. (NYSE: DDR).
Farmland Partners Inc. (NYSE: FPI) said Robert Cowan was named president following the acquisition of American Farmland Company (NYSE: AFCO), where he was also president. Farmland Partners also named David Ronco as vice president of capital markets. Ronco previously served as a portfolio manager at Lazard Asset Management.
Forest City Realty Trust, Inc., (NYSE: FCE.A) named Ketan Patel as executive vice president, secretary and general counsel. Patel was most recently vice president, corporate secretary and chief ethics officer of FirstEnergy Corp.
HCP (NYSE: HCP) announced the departure of Justin Hutchens to become CEO of HC-One. Hutchens joined HCP in 2015 and had served as president since January 2017. Prior to that, he served as executive vice president and CIO.
Jernigan Capital, Inc. (NYSEMKT: JCAP) named Kelly Luttrell as senior vice president, CFO and Treasurer. Luttrell joined the company in September 2015.
Kite Realty Group Trust (NYSE: KRG) said Thomas Olinger, senior vice president and chief accounting officer, will retire at the end of the year. He will be replaced by Dave Buell, who has served as corporate controller since 2014.
Mack-Cali Realty Corp. (NYSE: CLI) announced that Michael DeMarco, president, would assume the title of CEO. Mitchell Rudin was named vice chairman. DeMarco joined Mack-Cali in 2015 as the president and COO.
Jackson Hsieh was named CEO and president of Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. (NYSE: SRC), replacing Thomas Nolan. Hsieh joined Spirit Realty Capital in September 2016 from Morgan Stanley.
Summit Hotel Properties, Inc. (NYSE: INN) appointed Jonathan Stanner as executive vice president and CIO. Before joining Summit, Stanner served as CEO of Strategic Hotels & Resorts, Inc.
Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. (NYSE: SKT) appointed Thomas Guerrieri Jr. as vice president, CAO and controller. Guerrieri previously served as the company’s vice president and controller. He joined the company in 2000 as director of financial reporting. Tanger Outlets also said it promoted Thomas McDonough to the position of president and COO. McDonough previously held the position of executive vice president and COO. He joined the company in 2010.
Watson Land Company named Jeffrey Jennison as the company’s new CEO. Jennison has served as Watson’s president since 2014. The announcement completes a three-year succession transition leading to the retirement in March 2017 of Bruce Choate, Watson’s CEO since 2003.
Brian Boulter joined W. P. Carey Inc. (NYSE: WPC) as director of self-storage. Boulter joined W. P. Carey from Wasatch Storage Partners, LLC where he served as vice president for business development.
