Carroll previously served as Lexington’s CFO since 1998 and treasurer since 1999. Lexington also announced that executive vice president Beth Boulerice has been appointed as CFO and treasurer. Boulerice previously served as Lexington’s chief accounting officer.
Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corp. (NYSE: MNR) said Allison Viscardi was promoted to vice president of property management. Viscardi has served as Monmouth’s senior property manager since 2012.

Trifon previously served as co-head of mortgage and consumer credit at Western Asset Management Company, LLC, the company's manager. Johnson, a portfolio manager in Western Asset's mortgage and consumer credit group, recently served as interim co-chief investment officer for the company.
David Wold was named vice president and chief accounting officer at Weyerhaeuser Co. (NYSE: WY), replacing Jeanne Hillman, who retired from the position. Wold joined Weyerhaeuser in November 2013 as senior manager, accounting, and had been corporate controller of the company since March 2018.
