Equity One Inc. (NYSE: EQY) named Aaron Kitlowski vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. He is replacing Arthur Gallagher, who resigned from the position in January. Prior to the appointment, Kitlowski had served as vice president, deputy general counsel and assistant secretary.
