The January/February 2016 issue of REIT magazine is now available in print and online.
The issue’s cover story, “Fresh Face,” looks at industry veteran Glenn Rufrano’s efforts to rebuild triple-net least REIT VEREIT, Inc. (NYSE: VER) from its predecessor, American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. In an interview with the magazine, Rufrano says his experience in leadership roles at three other real estate companies in the previous 15 years helped prepare him for the challenges VEREIT is facing.
